RACE - STEEP MOUNTAIN - FALL 2024

Course

Competitors run 1.4 mi NE along the Bonneville Shoreline Trail, then 1.3mi SW up and along Steep Mountain Ridge (gaining 1,000ft) to a good launch, setup their wing, perform a safety check, fly (or run) down the mountain to the flight park landing zone, then repeat the circuit (2 laps total). Timing starts at one coordinated time for all competitors (no exceptions), planned to be 4p (unless conditions require official adjustment). Timing stops for each competitor after their second flight, when they pass through a designated finish line (on foot).
